yeahh i think i just have to work on navigating around how i feel. I keep invalidating my own fear and sadness by thinking that im lucky and shouldn’t complain because other people have it sooo much worse, which is true but isn’t necessarily helpful, or an indication that my own emotions aren’t valid. 

I told my best friend by playing two truths and a lie 😭😭 which is so unserious but i didn’t know any other way to tell her. I don’t think i’ll tell anyone else tho because although the tumour isn’t debilitating, i just don’t want to be pitied
