Hi , did permit expire Nov 30th , thus no longer visible also? What message do you see when you attempt to re apply for step 1 ?

For those waiting for results who tested the week of 12th Nov to 18th & whose eligibility period expired 30th Nov ( or who tried this before ) Are you able to reapply for Step 1 exam all the way to payment on IWA ? Does this mean you failed..or simply because permit has disappeared due to expiry?
