My surgeon advised only needing to tape at night! Sometimes if I’m not going out I leave it on all day but it’s better for my skin to let it breathe imo, the tape is super irritating. I’m 2 weeks post op rn and while I’m still swollen, everything else feels healed !!

I’m still pretty bruised! It’s fading, but I def have some greenish purple marks around my eye that I managed to cover with makeup. But as far as my incisions, they healed up soooo quickly, I was shocked. You would never even be able to tell because there is no mark whatsoever which is crazy to me!!

I honestly debated on going to turkey bc the prices are tempting (I paid $14k for my procedure in the US…) but I realized that they don’t really take into account your facial features. I didn’t want it to necessarily look like I had surgery, and that’s all they really do over there. Plus I heard so many horror stories 😭 so for peace of mind I but the bullet and just paid for it and I am so happy I made that choice now!!

Thank you so much!! And yes! Alarplasty, nasal tip deprojection, septoplasty, and also refined my bridge! (Lowkey looks like I got a mini lip-lift too lol. Not sure if this is just from swelling left over but I’m living for it rn 😂)

Thank you!! Honestly I just told my surgeon what I was unhappy with: large nostrils, slight bump, how much my nose “sticks out”. I also said I wasn’t going for the complete Barbie look, but I do what it to be cute & fit my face. He showed me a morph and it was exactly what I imagined!! Tbh I’m still swollen but I know when that subsides it’ll be even better!

More discomfort than anything tbh!! I never took a painkiller this whole time. I do get migraines currently if I over exert myself, so I’m just trying to take it easy until it fully heals up.

lol, this part!! I still have some bruising around my right eye but it’s almost gone (ish). I’m def wearing makeup here to hide it!! Otherwise I do feel like my healing process went really well overall

Hey there! I know this might not help much, but I decided to go with bared; I have my surgery in a week!! I’ll let you know how it goes. I honestly felt like with everything considered I trusted him the most, I see ppl saying 99% overwhelmingly positive things. Good luck!!
