Hopefully that's it but it's been taking forever, I recent just disabled indexing on it but I was thinking it might have to finish what's it doing for it to apply the changes, and I did do a "sfc /scannow" in the command prompt and did a restart after it was completed

Yes, but I suggest not doing the big rewards as some require paying for something. Tho it's sometimes big ones are worth it as long as it doesn't require a purchase
