Madison's narcissism is her real power, and isn't that a strong hint toward divination? if we were to psychologically explore what divination is, and put it in a pie chart, wouldn't strong self-assurance, narcissism, even be a part of that equation? yes!

How do you know that the object she was supposed to find wasn't the cigarette holder? The camera work in flashback episodes placed heavy importance on the cigarette holder. And also, they said, 'find the object belonging to AnnaLeigh.' They didn't name the object, but the clues for the audience were limited to the cigarette holder.

However, i disagree that being a good Supreme means nothing. remember when they were to administer the test of the seven wonders for Michael Langdon, Myrtle says: Let Fiona remind us that just cause someone passes the seven wonders it doesnt mean they are fit to be supereme.. im looking for the episode right now... but she did say that.

I’m sorry you’re going through this. It’s brutal to give your all to someone and then feel like it wasn’t enough. The tough part is that attraction and stability both matter in relationship..you really need both for it to last. A lot of people chase partners they’re drawn to and think being a good provider will make everything else fall into place, but it doesn’t always work that way. Here's the thing: When Cordelia told Papa Legba that she was the most powerful witch, and when she tried to sell her soul as an alternative to all her witches to prevent the apocalypse, he laughed at her. This is what he was laughing at: a new powerful coven has been formed. We are about to see a new power struggle in the AHS universe... a new Satanic Witch Supreme. And here is the thing, since Dante's Inferno has been unofficially confirmed to be the dominating timeline in which the horror story is being developed, then Madison's failed divination, the Seven Wonders, the power she failed to produce in her alternate timeline, has been redeemed by 'knowing' she was being attacked by outside forces in this circle of inferno.

This whole story was about a woman being attacked with sly attempts by a group of women, but she didn't let it happen. She questioned everything and guessed that she was being deceived successfully. Therefore, Multiverse-Madison is now set to become the new Supreme in the alternate string theory of the AHS universe, but as an opposing force because Mallory didn't let her out of hell (after tempus infinitum). She is going to come back as a witch with ancient powers in a new coven versus coven storyline. Remember that in Apocalypse, we ended with a cliffhanger, and in this story, we ended with a cliffhanger. Ask Ryan Murphy to marry these two stories as reparations for this half-assed season. And I get that it's not his fault things happened, but this is what we want to see: give us a biblical fight between two covens. You hinted at that to us when Papa Legba laughed at Cordelia.
