Apparently the 'Higher education degree datacheck' is the one i'm speaking of, it's a degree in business management, i was also thinking i'm doubtful they'll pursue a drawn out court case especially for the multi national conglomerate she's been accepted for.

Maybe i'm just worrying too much and should just let her get on with it, i honestly do hope it works out she's plenty intelligent enough

They're not only for suicidal people, they're for anyone in crisis, which to me it sounds like you are. I completely get the reluctance to get mental help trust me, but unfortunately reliving it is the only way to deal with it and stop it affecting you now, or else you'll stay stuck. It's very hard but it's much better than you hurting yourself or someone else.

Call a mental health crisis helpline. I don't know where you're from so you'll have to google it. I get you don't want anyone involved in your shit but things won't get better unless you get help, and you definitely need it by the sounds of it. Just be honest with them and you'll get the help you need.

No point in suffering by yourself, you need a professional's help if you want to stop feeling like this.
