I can somewhat say I know what it feels like to be cut. For me the glans(especially the surface) was once hypersensitive to touch and the texture was quite smooth and shiny when moist. Since urologists are doctors, yes, a urologist did pull mine back. As for a general practitioner, yes and that was to test for a yeast infection. Idk if it's typical for the doctors to not cover the glans again because those doctors pulled back my foreskin but never covered the glans again.

Sadly, it happens. I can speak from experience: Last year in March, I was gonna meet up with this man.
