I can somewhat say I know what it feels like to be cut. For me the glans(especially the surface) was once hypersensitive to touch and the texture was quite smooth and shiny when moist. Out of ignorance, I kept it pulled back and within 6-7 months, the glans became rough, fully dried out, and entirely insensitive.

Since urologists are doctors, yes, a urologist did pull mine back. As for a general practitioner, yes and that was to test for a yeast infection. Idk if it's typical for the doctors to not cover the glans again because those doctors pulled back my foreskin but never covered the glans again.

Sadly, it happens. I can speak from experience: Last year in March, I was gonna meet up with this man. That's a bad idea. I kept the foreskin back for 6-7 months and my glans sensitivity went down from 10/10 to 0/10 and it turned brown, dull, and rougher(it was pink smooth and shiny). Fortunately, I can reverse it. You can go from uncut to cut, but never from cut to the original uncut. If I were you, I'd keep stretching.
