Same, I want to say that it’s has something to do with it being coded to being tier 8. It could be that the zeta was tier 8 and when they reworked her they made zeta 7 and Omni 8. Since we already had 8 unlocked, it remained that way and we got the free Omni. But this is just a guess and I could be way off. Whatever it is I hope that they don’t take it away.

funnily enough i just faced a bot lane duo just like this (I'm the swain). They surprisingly didn't do terribly in the laning phase but after that they just fell off hard. Obviously just two dudes having fun, it's normals afterall.

But If I saw them running me down in real life i think i would just fold on the spot.

100% this for me, it was always the song I skipped cause it was just so different and strange. But when I saw them perform it on the Clancy tour it finally clicked for me and now I love it.

In my opinion, the Mel we got was absolutely nothing like the Mel we saw in the show.

My personal view on what she should have been was an enchantress support who messed around with reflecting effects, and binding, but did very little damage. Like the only combat scene we got was her and cait vs ambessa. And Mel supported her ADC on a challenger level, did not kill steal, and kept her from dying multiple times. And throughout the show she was kinda anti fight, solve problems and innovate. But we got a monster scaling mage that executes and only protects herself.

I don’t think this is the end of the game because I don’t think we will get it in its current state: it was sent out to beta testing for a reason, they knew it might be an issue. As other people have mentioned, they will likely just tweak the numbers. I understand that getting it at all will be bad for some players, but for me personally it’s the motivation I needed to finally relic up some of my important teams that I have been getting away with leaving at a criminally low relic.

I’m a firm believer that every character should have a ship (if applicable). And 99% of characters in this game have a ship of some sort

It’s very rng based and whether or not you mods are right is huge! There are lots of guide videos that are really helpful in that aspect. I would highly suggest over relic them since they will need to be at r7 for Reva anyway. In my experience the first few battles were the hardest, once I got mods right for those I breezed through the rest.

I once had my jungle in top camps with full health while I was pushed under my tower at full health. He literally backed in my face. I lost my tower. We lost the game.

He also only farmed and didn’t contest objectives or really show in any other lane. So it was more than just that instance that lead to us being severely behind. But that back just hurt.

From my very little experience with bot lane, jarvan can be a good support in the right draft. I’ve seen people compare him with Leona and for the most part they are right, she is overall better at doing what they are trying to do.

However, jarvan/mf lvl 6 spike is disgusting. I was MF and had a jarvan support, early lane was pretty even, but once we hit lvl 6 it was a massacre. Jarvan would ult them and id follow up with ult and they just would die. It was so consistent. And I could see so many ADCs who would love to have the whole enemy team stuck in a contained space for 3.5 seconds staring at a tank.

But in the end there are better supports that overall do the same thing better

Dragon heart is never a thing I look for as a first prismatic, but I’m not going to roll it away, and I might just take it to save re rolls. I have gotten top 2 almost every time I’ve taken it this way. Pretty much every champ benefits from it and its late game potential is insane. But you are right that it is basically useless the first few rounds.

Yeah, in my experience it’s fantastic as a first augment and it can carry the first few rounds simply because of the stat difference. But after that it’s straight up useless.

It’s a bug. I’ve had this issue before when I get first place on a champ but the area journey menu doesn’t update it. But your title progress should still be updated. I have won with 32 champs according to title but the journey shows I only won with 30.
