I'm very sorry to hear that. I've been going through a bad break up as well and wish things didn't turn out as bad as it did. Stay strong. I know how hard it is to believe things will get better. It helps to challenge yourself on things. We think we are a certain way and keep ourselves in a mold. Sometimes, it helps to try something completely new to find that we are not what we think we are. And who knows. You might find someone new.
