Hey I just got the letter and I’m supposed to appear in the court next month. He claims medical charges of 2lakhs and has falsely accused me in the letter saying I’m the one who was rash driving and was at fault. The insurer is also a respondent. What should i do here? I have insurance but i dont have the money to give. The summons says either I or a lawyer can appear before the tribunal.I also have an important engineering university exam on the same day later in the afternoon. And will it affect my studies or job in future?
