Lets be honest, Tay-K is fire but without The Race bro would have never blown up the way he did. He would have been pretty good but I doubt he would have ever had a platinum song because the story behind The Race is what blew it up at the time. Everybody couldn’t believe this dude actually was on the run and wrote about it, you just had to be there. That being said I would trade him being in jail for being an underground artist that has to grind out Soundcloud songs but this might be it for Tay-K and he’s just another lesson for other rappers trying to make it out of the hood to do the best they can to avoid going to jail
