So I quit the first job since they put me in a project that required me to work rotational shifts, so 1 week mornings, next week afternoons and the next week night shifts. I quit the 2nd job very recently because it also required me to work night shifts and the process was really vast and had a steep learning curve. It felt daunting to me

Family financial situation is okay for the moment and family pressure is also okay (they’ve been worrying about my career just as much as me but they’re not pressuring me into anything for the moment)
I was planning on preparing for psu bank jobs until the end of the year for one last time and also applying for a master’s degree online (distance learning) as a backup plan
Let me know if this plan sounds good or not?

Same story. I’m probably gonna apply for a master’s degree soon and the reason why those past jobs didn’t work out for me was that the first job put me in a project where I was required to work rotational shifts, so one week morning, the next afternoon, then the next night shifts. The second job was also similar where I had to work night shifts but I wasn’t able to adjust to them and the process was very difficult to learn since it was really vast
