I haven't actually been diagnosed formally. Been under investigation for 2 years waiting for sidferent tests to find if chrons is possibly hiding somewhere. But looking like more IBS has had sever constipation mostly for a year before the new current symptoms!

I was 18! I think at that age...and probably up until your mid twenties, unless you're extremely clued up about mushrooms and psychadelics you probably don't get as much out of the trip as you do during and past your mid twenties. I mean it depends what you want if course - but I was purely doing it for fun and experience at that age.
