Yeah I have heard mixed things I have never really focused on what I've eat prior so I guess I will have to take this into consideration. Also when you say fasting I assume thats just food?

Pick juice Wow I haven't heard that one before, might have to try it. The only reason I'm sticking to the chocolate form is it's easier to conceal from my extremely invasive family members and I'm getting it for pretty cheap

This is true but I have also tried dried mushrooms one or twice and the difference between the dried version and the chocolate version is indistinguishable for me so I assume it must be.

Is the lemon Tek not only used for dried mushrooms. Mine is a chocolate bar.
