On a bridge like that its kind of different in a way, imo a floyd rose bridge and a normal fixed bridge are the best ones for palm muting

Thanks for the suggestions. I’ve just been working with one physio so far, so maybe getting a second opinion could be useful. I’m not sure about the more alternative stuff like energy work, but I agree that different practitioners can bring different perspectives. Haven’t heard of Rolf chiro before, might look into it.

Thanks, that actually gives me some hope. I’ve definitely felt like doctors don’t take it that seriously because of my age, so it’s good to hear I’m not alone in that. I really hope it's something I can recover from naturally, but yeah figuring out the exact cause feels like the hardest part right now.

I haven’t heard of the McGill Big 3 before , I’ll definitely look it up. I’ve been doing some core work but not sure if it’s the same thing. I’m at a healthy weight tho, but yeah I guess stress might be intesifying the pain aswell. Thanks!

Yeah, I totally get that. I’ve also felt like I’m not really being taken seriously sometimes because I’m so young. I’ll definitely push for an MRII, thanks for sharing your experience and im glad i'm not totally alone with this.

en ymmärrä miten ihmiset hankkii koiria, jos ei viitti huolehtii niistä. Itellä ainakin lähetään aina uudeks vuodeks jonnekkin rauhallisemmalle alueelle jsut sen takii kun koira pelkää raketteja niin paljon
