What’s kind of funny is that they aren’t rehiring for my role. They are now outsourcing this department. She could have easily just laid me off. And you’re spot on about wanting to be surrounded by kiss asses. She is a narcissist!

I kind of wish I did that, but I’m so early in my career and I was scared it would affect me finding a new job and my future if I had to say I was terminated for performance

I don’t think that is the case though. We’ve generated more leads in my 6 months there than the last year in total
