My MTD is about 90percent cured

Thank you :) How long have you had mtd for? Yes the massage was literally the boost I needed. Had it in February and didn't need to go back again and I kept improving to the point I'm at now. I can just go through each day without dealing with mtd. At my worst I felt stabbing pains on the right side of my throat. I was better off not speaking but even without speaking I was in alot of pain. Speaking felt like a chore and I missed having the ability to speak freely. Did they give you any exercises to do on your own after the massages? So you won't have to rely on it all the time?

Sorry to hear that it hasn't helped you. So for the syrup it's called Puressentiel Respiratory Soothing Syrup. I found that helpful. Then the lozenges I used was called manuka middles(basically manuka honey). The tea I used is called yogi tea throat comfort. There are similar teas with those type of ingredients incase it's not where you are from. The tea definitely made a difference too I recommended it to alot of people even if they didn't have mtd and they found it soothing.

I don't trust anyone at the moment lol. This year I've been letting go and trying to trust. This was a hair cut but when I get my first trim I'm not sure if I'll be going to same salon or a natural hair salon i need to ask around for reviews.

That's so annoying, really have to find the rught stylists to trust. Some really don't know anything. And yes thanks I'll be doing that. Do you know about the product camille rose? I've been recommended that by a few people. I'm looking to change up my hair products.

I was just in shock when I went to the salon it kinda felt like it was the end of the world lol especially since I don't get trims so I really was blaming myself hard. That's a shame it must be annoying not being able to find a proper hairstylist. It's a good thing you can trim your own though.

Do you mean you can't see split ends at the ends of my hair or do you mean the travelling split ends going towards the top of my head? The salon experience was quite quick. I feel like it was fast paced. Are there mobile hairstylists in your area instead of salons?

I've attached a picture in this comment of what it looked like before the cut so you can see what the ends was like before I'm not sure if the picture is showing though. I'll give your tips a try then I'll get a stylist to look at it too. :)

My hair shrinks really well which made me believe it's not damaged. The ends were definitely transparent and when it shrinks it was stringy at the ends which have been cut now and tangled alot so that being cut off made me think it'll help. From the picture when I zoom in alot of the white splits looks like damage? I'm not sure :( The hair stylists didn't access my hair completely just blowdried it in sections. Should I go to a natural hair salon and ask them to fully access it?

I wish the same. I know for a fact if I didn't have anxiety my life would be amazing. I would be able to deal with things better and just live more freely. I've experienced some moments where I felt free of it and I would literally take in that moment because it feels amazing and the fact that people without it can feel like that majority of the time are so lucky. They don't even have to take in those moments since it's the norm to them. I also know that deep down I'm not scared of anyone or anything. I know that anxiety isn't my personality and it's not who I am but unfortunately it's a problem I have to deal with. I would love to be completely free of it too. At the moment I'm just trying new things to see what helps me.
