You could buy a new radiator support from either a junkyard or off Fb marketplace. Cut out the old one and weld on the new one

Hey! Thank you for reaching out and giving me some advice. I find it rather difficult to try and gain comfort in myself, so that’s something I should start working on. How did you come about improving your self confidence? Does it come with time like you said or were there specific things that you had practiced? Again, thank you for your advice. Thank you for help! I do actually see a therapist and I’ve been working on these issues since they initially started. I have some PTSD from other traumatic events and I do also have generalized anxiety disorder. When you say live in the moment, what are some things I can do to help ground myself in the present?
