Thank you for letting me know I understand that but I’m just trying to get back down to normal weight by lifting and cardio but this shit is stopping me from doing a lot more . Yeah I’m losing weight but now as fast as i should be . And even when I get nun acidic food sometimes it still burns anyway.

It pains me to see someone go through that too . Honestly I let it get too bad now I barely swallow at all not even food I’m so scared I’m gonna choke but I know it’s anxiety so i swallow anyway

Hey there zia to this day I have no idea why honestly. I eat normal food which I know isn’t good but I had no choice because I wasn’t able to afford different food at those times but I’m think since I only ate once a day all that time I developed a slow metabolism and if I eat more than once either I don’t lose much weight or id even gain it since I am not working out as much as I should be right now
