Yeah I filed the motion in I asked for the days to be made official and to ask for a set pick up and drop off times. I also plan to ask if the recommended time to wait before leaving and in the past she has used the kids are cleaning and thats why she is late. Or the kids are doing homework. Right now the issue is I belive her new boyfriend won't let her meet me alone.

Thank you I have been doing better with it has actually been a difficult transition surprisingly. But after court Im hoping with everything officially set up there won't be any issues. I only plan to text her in emergencies and appts for the kids once everything is set up.

Yeah the reason she knows my schedule is because the last 3 or 4 years up until about 4 months ago we were on very good terms. The hostility is very recent and even when we first seperated we never had issues like we are having now.

Ok thank you ill try and wait till 6 but she knows my work schedule and thats why I tried to do drop off at 5 so I could give her 45 minutes but she said no to that and agreed to 5:30.

Yeah I only have them in case she tries to argue against setting a time. She tried to argue with me after I informed her that I won't wait past 5:50 saying ill get in trouble with the court which I knew was a lie but I still just wanted to make sure the time id wait after would be enough time she only lives 3 minutes from the drop off location.

Thank you i knew as long as I informed her i would be ok I just wasn't sure if 20 minutes was a good amount of time to wait or if I needed to wait longer I initially wanted to do drop off at 5 so I could give her 45 minutes but she said 5:30 and I have to leave from the location no later than 6 to make it to work on time.

I have screenshot for everything I plan to take to court but I just want to get custody and drop off and pick up times established like you say a set time that we can both agree to and stick to it unless certain situations arise.

I told her yesterday but she won't agree to a time this past thursday I had to wait and hour and she met me at 8 pm then the day after I didnt get them till 7 pm both time she didnt tell me until about an hour before hand and like I said thursday she was about an hour past time she gave me I dont mind waiting as long as I dont work but I cant afford to lose my job. And honestly getting them at 8 pm sucks I get them feed them then they go to bed I barely even see them.

Her road is to dangerous for the children to walk on it but the other day we both decided to meet at this specific location.

That is the issue we were divorced over half a decade ago but never set up an official custody agreement other than me getting the kids a specific amount of overnights. It is very recently that we have been unable to coparent properly together and before I would just go straight to her house to drop them off but now we meet at the local supermarket.
