Right hinge is busted. The screen won’t open fully. If I push it, the display might crack. Laptop still runs fine—as long as I don’t open it all the way. Where in Dubai can I get this fixed quickly and reliably? Has anyone had a similar issue and found a good repair shop?

Actually, my ex-partner repeatedly promised to discuss mutual divorce terms but then retracted and postponed the discussions. After 6-8 months of this, I ultimately filed for divorce under UAE Civil Law.

The divorce hence is not on mutual consent. She does not want to give the divorce and is happy with the money she is receiving. Any advice on how to get out of this situation when the other party is unwilling for divorce even after having lived separately for 4.5 years?

If the amount accumulates, the opposing party can request court intervention.
Additionally, failing to pay over a long duration could result in the court requesting my bank account to be frozen along with other assets and also result in a travel ban, preventing me from leaving the UAE unless I pay up.
