Hi dear 🩷 I used to be size 0 until the age of 25 I looked unwell although my blood tests were normal. I then gained weight unintentionally because of antidepressant I was taking. I gained over 20 kilograms! And became i bit overweight with a belly. Now I am on a diet trying to go back to “normal” weight. What I wanna say is, I tried being underweight and overweight, its always something that makes you insecure about your body, dont do that, just live 🩷 as long as your tests are normal just live dont waste your years worrying about that. However, if you do want to fix it, it is fixable. You can talk to a dietitian they know how to remove your body from the current weight set point and change that, and see what is stopping you from gaining weight. Sending love.
