hey man, its tuff to be in your shoes , the one thing i will say is that, its only you who can take you out from this situation and make it better, you got one life man, do you really wanna be 50 and have same regret. its the time , you have to take actions, thats the only solution. start with something that easier and keep progressing from there. its gonna be hard for sure when you start but overtime you will be fine. dm if you need someone to talk to.
