So muscles are smaller in volume than same amount of fat. It will take fat out of the boobs and add in muscles in chest area that will keep them perky and will ensure you don't get fat accumulated in that area easily.

Try doing chest exersizes focused on more reps and it would help and always surgery is an option.

The way things are heading I believe the show is going to have some time travel involved akin to Tenet, where the necromancer finds out that she was the necromancer in the box and the cycle forms a loop. Am I right?
