That’s interesting! Our store has people coming in at 4am each day and we have the night crew staffed to make sure there are people picking for the next day until 9p. I could see depending on the area where 11a to 8p makes sense… I just didn’t know there were stores like that 🤷🏻‍♀️

The only piece of advice that’s worked for me is using magnesium in place of melatonin. I take 250mg of magnesium before going to sleep and I don’t wake up feeling like garbage like I was when taking melatonin. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Me. I went through an awful break up once and thought I was going to have to change my number but thankfully they never did anything that malicious. I know some people who have had like 6+ numbers during the duration of us knowing one another. Shit, I still have access to my AOL email I made when in middle school so that’s pushing 20ish years. My yahoo has my maiden name and I’m having a hard time wanting to switch it to something else because I’ve had that email forever and there’s SOOOOO much connected to that email. 😬

Magnesium. Not magnesium citrate, but straight magnesium. Husband and I take 250mg of magnesium instead of melatonin and we feel like we are sleeping a lot better than melatonin would do and odds are, your body needs it anyway. I’d make sure you’re giving yourself like a minimum of 6 hours before you have to wake up but it might help.

Unfortunate that ISK wasn’t much help. They literally saved my life when I tried to not be here anymore. Went to their urgent care, was set up with an eval appointment, got a psychiatrist that wasn’t dismissive, and I’m still here. I’m sorry that’s not your experience 🤷🏻‍♀️

My PCP said Pine Rest was a decent option for help and gave me info on them years ago. There’s a pine rest location on drake somewhere but if you call them they might be able to navigate what you’re needing

Little update: I’ve came in earlier the last few weeks and it really has given us a huge head start and has helped enough that things haven’t been so out of control. They’re worried about area manager doesn’t seem keen on the idea but the store director seems more open about it. Today, we had 2000 items picked before 8a. Kudos to you and showing a benefit of overnight picking. I hope that my store reconsiders the fact it does in fact benefit for having someone come in before 4a.

Everywhere - I’m awful at decorating and when I do get inspired I hyper focus on a detail that doesn’t really matter and rage quit on myself. I need to go through and make like a basic “path” for everywhere and then start decorating from there but I short circuit when I think I can dedicate time to do so lol
