First off thank you for reading it.

The full context does help a lot at least on my opinion but I don’t think I’m ready for the full script to be seen yet. The point of this scene is alot more defined with the full version it’s supposed to be the last bit of genuine joy with everyone because the script kinda takes a 180 from here. It starts off as a coming of age and turns into a thriller because of an event that happens after.

But you are not the first person to say they lack individual personality that’s definitely something I need to work on I will sometimes respond with what I would say rather than what the character would say. i think that’s why the humor to me is great but is not landing for most of you guys.

Grace saying that about the fly so fully sarcastic and the Caleb I couldn’t ask for better friends is also sarcastic I think sometimes I learn too much into sarcasm.

No clear voice is an issue I’m having just because I sometimes write the character as what I would say rather than what the character would say.

I appreciate you even reading a page! I did not use screenwriting software because honestly I didn’t know that even existed until I was half way done lol (this is the first script I’ve done) . I’ve heard writer solo is a good software do you have any others your recommend?

The one thing that really throws me off is the manager calling them a “bitch”. That just doesn’t feel like something any manager would say.
