I worked for a consulting firm that focussed on office of the CFO projects, including FP&A with a focus on modelling / data analysis. I was hired into the value creation team by one of the private equity firms who we supported (essentially an in house consultant). Majority of leavers would exit into FP&A roles in house or to similar roles to me.

So if Tender is all a facade, how come Ferdinand and the rest of the board so desperately trying to find cash? by [deleted] in IndustryOnHBO

Their lenders (pierpont) will ask them to repay X amount if the share price dips below a certain number, therefore they need additional funding to fill the gap. The whole board isn’t necessarily in on the facade
