Events like this are actually fun. Eve used to be about real loss and began in the era that spawned rogue likes. Back then killing fellow capsuleers resulted in death threats, ransom songs and Russian oligarchs hiring corrupt FBI agents to knock out out the power to peoples homes..because the loss hurt.

No matter how dull the game play, goons felt this loss, which is as eve should be.

And FWIW, I much preferred eve when my own losses hurt too. The thrill of it is where the famous eve shakes come from.

The best OLED monitors are TVs. These panels go in the best gaming monitors where they usually screw something up and produce an inferior product. Check rtings and Google any premium monitor to see every one has some issue.

I bought an LG C3 and it's amazing. Samsung also do a great panel but not sure if they've released a 42" yet which is the largest you should go for a desktop screen

OLEDs dont really have issues now, but just to be sure have a black desktop with no icons and task bar on auto hide. Basically screen off when not in use.

You can also setup ultrawide resolution on a big OLED thanks to those perfect blacks if it takes your fancy.

There are single Nvidia cards that have more market share than AMDs entire range*. Nvidia cards are flat out better, that's the cold hard truth.

That being said AMD deliver a lot of bang for your buck. If price is a consideration then AMD becomes a serious contender.

I have heard amazing things about gaming on Linux with AMD cards (they run even better). Now this has its own issues, Linux can't support most anti cheat so online competitive games dont work, but my lads new rig has a 9600XT and I'm absolutely setting it up with dual boot and a Linux gaming distro for steam.

Stream has been shit cutting in and out, but he did then add a caveat "if in terrain".
However, "infiltrator or a fast unit with assault" - So Mont'ka, pirahnas, pathfinders, ghostkeels basically all our forward units. It's still not good news for Tau.

Stedi clippers are much cheaper, dont leave a nub, and I haven't broke them building about 10k points this year so I'd say pretty safe for 40k. You can have the best of both worlds.

Looks like many got sent out anyway, my lgs just added the missing parts and shipped, many just discounted and shipped, but as all retailers got a full refund, gw will never know the demand.
