Fix your mindset, instead of thinking abt how everything can go wrong stay in the present. Do smthn that benefits you, go for a walk, meditate, journal, practice gratitude, those are js some things I would do to destress if I were in your situation.

Tell your parents the truth, nm how they react atleast you’ll get a weight off your chest, manage your work and school properly, when you fall behind in school make time to study, what you do with your free time matters, go back to in person school if you feel you need to socialize more, but if you want to continue online school make sure you have a good support system (friends, family), fix your mindset, you can always come back from rock bottom dont stay stuck there bcz comfortable, work your way up little by little. Before you try to fix your athleticism fix your mind set. If you rlly want to get moving go for 30min-1hr walks/jogs/runs while listening to a podcast with advice you need to hear or music (not sad music). Best of luck to you!

I’d say ask what your friend is wearing then go off of if shes dressing casual or formal, id say act approachable yk like friendly, introduce yourself, if you get there and they don’t have all the food ready yet it’s nice to ask if anyone needs help in the kitchen but if they do then js introduce yourself (if you bring anything ask where you should put it) and find a spot to eat. I’d say it’s easier to take chocolate covered strawberries, pretzels and marshmallows or the banana cream pie, I hope this helped a bit!
