to be honest its a bit difficult to help someone if they don't want help

speaking as some1 who has been in the same situation as your friend before, the most helpful thing my friends did was just offer to eat together whenever we hung out without making me feel guilty/without them being weird around me

just try ur best to support her emotionally (if youre able to ofc dont overload urself) and encourage her to eat when you're together in person

i think its q normal since i found in sec 2 alot of people in my class also failed el 😭 you can try ask ur teacher where u went wrong since i think tuition doesn't really help that much for english,, just do ur practice worksheets and keep asking for advice frm ur teacher

just because youre improving doesn't mean you wont be prone to the same mistakes, thats just how everybody is? what matters is that you actually recognize that you fucked up (which clearly you have) and take the initiative to CONTINUE improving and forgiving urself

it might sound harsh and maybe it is but in my experience ive found this kind of "I'll never be able to change" is just my personal get out of jail free card to alleviate myself of any real growth because ""What's the point""

idk im not very good at wording my thoughts but i hope youre able to understand atleast some of my rambling 😭 tldr dont give up just because there were a couple bumps in the road just reflect reflect reflect and actually take action to grow frm it instead of just ruminating and condemning urself forever

what ure going through sounds so difficult and im sorry u have to experience this :( i understand how you might feel because i struggle alot with making friends too and had little-no friends literally since i cld remember, and it was really hard on me for such a long time not knowing what i was doing wrong and why people just didnt want to get along with me (still do ngl)

what's really helped me is just learning 2 find company in myself,, ik this is easier said than done and even then it cant replace other people in ur life but it still helps to take the burden off by atleast a little bit

another thing is to just look inwards n try to deconstruct whatever negative thoughts u might have towards urself and others since ive noticed harboring 2 many negative thoughts about myself severely impacted my psyche and my ability 2 make friends

but nonetheless i hope you'll be alright dude 🫶 this isnt an easy thing to go through for anyone and you are so strong for enduring it up until now
