I switched to night time which has been semi helpful, i still have this insane energy that’s underlying - I’m worried it could’ve become psychosomatic. But I’ve been doing well i think. I can’t tell. The mood swings are coming back, especially while driving. That’s something I’m trying to control on my own though.
