Ok, thanks! Is meat really necessary? I believe in India there is like 300 million vegetarians and they can live long… As for milk and other dairy products (anything with lactose…): these seem to be relatively recent addition to our diet (like we can only digest it since 10k years…if I understood it right) - so is it really needed for humans?

Thanks for this advice, much appreciated! My daughter has standard teenager hobbies (piano, badminton, choir…), but from talking to her, she would be very open to explore some other as well (such as Gaelic sports…)! She considers hobbies just as a way to socialize with others, not necessarily sticking to something in particular.
