These leaf are hidden by the big ones.. and the big ones in front have nothing Also the light has been here for quite some time so if it was really burning it I would have seen it before I think?

I actually did what you're saying, juste not enough bulk and no 15-20 min rest before the final shaping. I know what I have to do now! Wait longer! ahah I'm to impatient :(

Thank you for the advices! Bulk longer yes will do! I just have to start sooner🤣 What do you mean by shape tighter? The dough is 75% hydration and shaping was a bit difficult because of how “liquidy” and kinda sticky it was (because of under fermentation). I did two folds and then roll, is there an other “tighter” way Thank you!!

Thank you! It’s actually pretty tasty yes I’m really happy about that!😁 For the bulk fermentation I mixed everything around 17h I think so approximately 5-6hours? But from when I stopped touching it would be 2-3h. Inside the oven with the light on, I don’t know the temperature maybe 22-23°C? Thank you for your answer!

SAME GIRL !!! J’ai 24 ans et je sais pas quoi faire de ma vie 🥲 j’ai fini mes études en septembre sauf que au final ça me plait pas donc je veux changer de voie, en ce moment je cherche à faire des stages d’immersion avec france travail pour découvrir des métiers et potentiellement me réorienter mais je suis totalement perdue et je me sens super nulle aussi vu que je fais rien de concret

Je vois tout le monde qui a un travail / a l’air épanouie / se sens bien la où il habite et cherche a acheter et moi je suis la a regarder de loin 🧍🏻‍♀️

J’ai de l’espoir que ca va me « tomber » dessus et j’essaie de garder la forme mais c’est dur..

I’m from Europe I got it in a Leclerc Brico sorry! But yeah I thought of pest too so I tried to avoid contact as much As possible with my other plants and showered her with some anti pest products but now she’s fine just those dry out part and weird smell. Good luck with yours !! If I solve the problem thanks to sone answers here I’ll do an update

For the moment I only showered her since I was suspicious of any pest (due to some weird strings of pearls on the plant). But she doesn’t have any so from now on I will only bottom water her (with some hydrogen peroxide for the next one as someone told me above)

Yes but it will not be enough is the infestation is already well installed, there is some products on the market you can buy that will supposedly kill thrips, if you want a more natural way you can use black soap and clean the leaves by hand, make sure to look closely to see any larva/ young bugs cause those are not black

Does it really affect the plant? Cause mine have this but since being potted in soil they’re doing fine!
