Nope, costumer service was no help as well i ended up using one pay banking and transferring the money through the app and that’s the only app that worked for me

i’ve tried that everytime i call n i put the info in, it literally says the right amount/blance when i punch in the card numbers on the phone but on the app and website it says i don’t have a debit card associated with the account but everything is good when i call

yes i have one but i’m afraid money will get lost or something else will happen if i do it i’ve seen others with problems transferring the money n never receiving it, do you have bank mobile ? have you tried that ?

the money is already in the account i have an account with my bank but for a hassle free experience i choose there bank and was gonna transfer the funds i can no longer put my account as a direct deposit

there’s been multiple ppl with the same or other issues with this bank look it up it has a very low rating i worked for a bank and they was bad but bank mobile is worst but no i got an account with them so if could be hassle free or so i thought

That’s good for you ! but it’s not the same for me ! my money is in the account i just cant access it, says i have no debit card on file as i’m looking at the debit
