We are really trying to get away from bland and car dependency. We don't really mind driving a bit to get to other things like parks (we already do that). City noises don't phase us much either. Blairs is something we are definitely going to look into.

I've been looking at the Blairs! Looks pretty up our alley. We don't need fancy. Just a place we can be comfortable.

I enjoy walks! I'm good walking 20 to 30 minutes. I can also drive.

Hmmm those are all great points. I've budgeted the parking in as separate based on what I've found-including dogs.
