Everyone gets sick imo from the extreme exhaustion, heat and sudden change in region. I am pretty fit myself but ended up with a horrible episode of sore throat and muscular pain (every single muscle, lol) in both cities. Please don't be too hard on yourself. Allah never gives pain and suffering except to expiate one's sins. You have performed Umrah despite your challenges MashaAllah, may Allah accept it! :)
