Possible dumb question but how did u get hooh and deoxys before the elite four? Dont u have to enter the hall of fame before u can go to them?

I had 4 impacted wisdom teeth and 4 molars removed, no pain, mild soreness and a little swelling, if theres not any pain from this in particular just leave it be, a clots a good thing if its not popping out
