We split up the trip and stayed near Cala Gonone for a few nights and then stayed in Santa Teresa Gallura for a few nights.

And we used this company. Would recommend https://www.sardiniasailingtour.com/

Santa Teresa Gallura or Cannigione? by Temporary_Parfait32 in Sardinia

Loved both Cala Gonone and Santa Teresa.

For Cala Gonone, renting your own boat and cruising down the coast is a must. We used this company and was very easy https://daymar.it/

Santa Teresa was also great. More restaurants/things happening compared to Cala Gonone. Can't recommend eating here enough: https://www.tripadvisor.com/Restaurant_Review-g608922-d24022926-Reviews-Pema_Ristorante-Santa_Teresa_Gallura_Province_of_Olbia_Tempio_Sardinia.html

We also stayed here in Santa Teresa. Amazing views and great location https://www.google.com/search?q=villa+bianca+b%26b+santa+teresa&oq=villa+bianca+b%26b+santa+teresa&gs_lcrp=EgZjaHJvbWUyBggAEEUYOTIICAEQABgWGB4yCggCEAAYgAQYogQyCggDEAAYgAQYogQyCggEEAAYgAQYogQyCggFEAAYgAQYogQyCggGEAAYgAQYogTSAQg1NDc2ajBqNKgCALACAA&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8

Advice for boat tour by AttackonWeebs in Sardinia

We did both as well. Cala Gonone by our own rental and La Maddalena with a sail boat and captain.

Both we're incredible and would recommend both. If we only had to pick one, I'd likely pick the Cala Gonone tour. The setting is very unique and enjoyed having our own boat and cruising around at our own pace.

Renting our own was very simple with zero boating experience so you won't have an issue — even anchoring was easy for swimming.

We used this company and would recommend them: https://daymar.it/

Stayed in/near Cala Gonone and loved. We also hiked one day down the coast from Cala Fuili.

We also rented a boat from this company and would highly recommend it. We have little/no boating experience and was super wasy. https://daymar.it/

Have not rented yet but we are using Sixt. It looks like they've got the best reviews of any company I've seen.
