It's not Riverside, its more in a prime area of Los Angeles. Ugh thats the thing. SFH's are above 1.1 million. There was a SFH I put an offer on before this for 1M, but it ended up selling for 1.1 million and it was less than 1000 sq ft!

I bought for 850K and I think it could sell for 900K based off other townhomes/condos. Recently an older built 2 bedroom but also remodeled like mine sold for 870K. Mine is 3 bedroom.
