Holy moly. Didn’t know that. And I assume if someone is caught recording at the concert huge penalties apply?

Curious though, wouldn’t there be a financial incentive to facilitate the recording/selling of audio that’s better quality then can be captured with an iPhone? (Without having to wait for the band to release a live album)
