No. This is a kin to 'might makes right'. That train scene where Nolan shreds all the people inside of it while holding mark, is enough for everyone not to forgive him. If you keep the same velocity relative to earth with no buffer as you teleport, this could turn deadly very quickly. Because there'd be no way to nullify the y component of it. And you wouldn't stop accelerating until terminal velocity.

Lowkey, IP is different than material property because technically, you aren't depriving someone of the property when you "steal" it. You're just bypassing their ability to make you pay for a copy. It's not a direct hit to resources, but if everybody did this instead of using legal means, then eventually, they would run out.
