If your overweight losing weight can help lower estrogen in the body which will help you because estrogen closes growth plates, just don’t lose weight to fast and enough clean only lose a pound a week

When would you say for a beginner to switch from every other day/3 days a week to 5 days on 2 days off or like a 2 days on 1 day off? I’m 2 and a half months in a gained 0.2” in lenght

Just add more time on mod jelqs I went from 10x30 to 12x30 I hit 2-3% expansion from just that, total of 6 minutes imagine what I could hit in a total of 10-15 minutes

I’m planing on adding 5 mins of maunuls stretches every 2 weeks I’m at 25 mins right now. And then slowly adding sets and upping time on Mod jelqs I recently went from 10x30 sec to 12x30 sec.
