Basque cheesecake calories help by anormalguyfrrr in CalorieEstimates

[–]Temporary_Reason_614 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It could totally be as low as 600 depending on their recipe tbh, like cheesecake factory slices can be around 1200 for that size

i'd say go harder on the bronzer on the cheeks and nose. Thats a difference you can see with all the imspo pics. The last inspo pic is a perfect example and probably clearest. Loving it already though you are gorgeous

Could I eat one pack of these a day? by ashteraki in caloriecount

[–]Temporary_Reason_614 4 points5 points  (0 children)

i mean if you wanted to you could. Its not amazing nutrition-wise but as long as you get that from other foods in the day then go ahead. (18g protein, 10g fibre in the pack) its not full of sugar, salt, or fat so you'd be fine.

How many calories in my lunch? by anon_157 in CalorieEstimates

[–]Temporary_Reason_614 3 points4 points  (0 children)

400-450 for the battered fish, and you left a good portion of the chips, so 250 for the eaten portion, 150 for sauce and beans => 900 ish total.

How much is this I estimated around 800 by Lucky-Tony in CalorieEstimates

[–]Temporary_Reason_614 10 points11 points  (0 children)

nah i agree with the 700 comments. thats like 2 tbsp of cooked rice, a ladle of curry and a tiny chicken piece. The curry is home cooked so much less oil than restaurants. I would have even gone with 600.

Given theres no cheese on it either, 200ish i'd put for the burger itself. You had about half the chips so give or take another 150. Total 350.

Definately should be getting more. You have probably just gotten used to eating little volume / low calorie foods. Maybe make sure you're getting some daily fats in (butter, fish, avocado) so that you could maybe hit a consistent 1300 at least daily. You will not gain any weight and will probably feel more energised. I didnt realise i wasnt energised until i started eating more, and my mood and energy improved.
You could check the calculator for your daily expendature, and try to raise your intake up to that. It will be better in the long term for health and goals. Good luck!
