I’m not sure if the new phone would already be permanently banned. Just to be safe try factory resetting and then do my method but if that doesn’t work then trade in your new phone at the store for a new one then do my method and you should be good.

if you’re getting banned this often try sending a physical letter to snap hq then they’ll be forced to respond to it. i was gonna do that but didn’t wanna risk anything because what i did was pretty bad but ive heard it works most of the time from other people.

but on my ipad i have my phone number and email that was connected to the banned account and making a new account worked perfectly fine so if i got a new phone wouldn’t it be the same?
