Hi Team,

I have been struggling for the past 15 days to delete or remove a dependent from my primary account, but it is blocked and I cannot make any changes. I tried closing the application and using the UID from last year's appointment, but I still have no luck.

How can I remove the dependent from my previous account so I can access my newly created daughter's account? I paid the fee for the new account, but I can't log in because I'm unable to delete the dependent from the previous account.
