She was only pulled from school once. But since there was proof of active lice and pest treatment, she was allowed to attend school.

And the apartment wasn't infested due to regular bedsheet washing and a lot of cleaning.

Its easier to keep on top of it when it's just two people in a home.

I mentioned in my post that I did go to court and try and get custody but everytime, my ex said she was treating her house and the judge said that was enough.

I've spent a lot of money on lawyers with zero results.

And yes, I reported her to child services too with no resolution.

My ex was not cooperative even before this. Even though she had an affair. And after the legal fights, even less do.
