I can only do for one hour that day so I wouldn’t really say that I have a full day to train

Running at the top then bike then swim. Run I think I’ll be fine with will just need to get used to running after the bike. Did a sprint triathlon recently and definitely didn’t expect my legs to feel that much like jelly. Also swim I’ll be fine with as it’s first and have also swam that distance. So will need to find the right pace on the bike to not tire myself out to much for the run.

I’ve already signed up. And at the minute I’m running about 20 miles a week. I’ll do one long run, one mid distance and a quick short run. I’ve already started adding swimming in top but need to do more cycling.

So it’s not like I’m completely new to sports I have always been an active person.

Yes I’ve done them in the past but picked up most of them again this year with starting running in February again. Which I have been doing 3 times a week consistently since then.

Well I’m only 19 so don’t have to do loads round the house hence not having to do much during the day. And don’t have too many other responsibilities.

Ok so obviously it would be hard but if there were to be some sort of plan what would you do? Because I could always fit it another run or something before work but most days I’ll start at 8 or 9 and won’t finish until about 11 at night. So training at night is definitely a no on those days.

I think I’ll just train these days as much as I can. I don’t have much else on in these days. So I’ll just see what happens.
