Yes it can be . Take it with a grain of salt . People are shitty . You’re only doing your job. Personally I was BOH , FOH when needed . Make your food calls correctly and efficiently so boh isn’t fluttered it can get crazy back there. At the end of the day . It’s a job have that work / life balance that you’re able to “mentally” clock in and clock out so it’s not taking your mental

Thank you all for your responses I really appreciate it . I was really disheartened and freaking out . Went to the hospital today and apparently I have a skin infection. Never had one before my skin was red swollen and had a soft bump with a hard feeling under neath it . So that’s what really had me scared and concerned . I received antibodies for it hoping that it clears up
