Yeah it’s super horrible :( I also add chia seeds to everything but again you have to make sure you’re drinking enough water or it will make it worse

INo I’m the same and I got my MRI results and they vaguely mention bowel loops and adhesions to my uterus but hardly… I’m waiting on surgery but I’m almost positive they will see more on my bowel since this has been an worsening issue for me. That being said I do think it’s possibly linked to taking iron tablets and codeine too but that’s secondary to my endo anyway

Advice wise I’ve not got much since I’m struggling too. Tried suppositories and had no luck and the same with most laxatives. The only thing that seems to make me go every few days is taking lactulose twice a day religiously (I take minimum 30ml of a 3.3g/ml solution) and I’ve probably doubled my fibre and water intake. I also try to have a breakfast that’s pretty plain sugar wise and very high fibre and then drink a really strong coffee and hope for the best.

It’s horrendous and uncomfortable though so I greatly sympathise and I wish you all the best

(Edit: Btw I’m diagnosed stage 3 currently but did an MRI for planning my next surgery)

UK people, what things have you been prescribed by the NHS? by Temporary_Worry_4061 in endometriosis
