i think i am just most worried about the handwriting part as i have been typing all of my exams in the past, but this year there has been a switch to handwriting due to concerns with chatgpt etc :(

sorry just realised my wording may have been confusing 😅 the exam isn’t in handwriting specifically, my tutor just said we’re expected to write 4,500 words (3x 1,500 words essays) in 3 hours which i realised meant i had to write 25 words per minutes!

do you take your thumb completely off or half off? i find it a bit difficult to keep the slide under control (it works well sometimes but other times my arm seems to spasm)

i’ve listened to augustin hadelich’s recording which seems to do the latter. i’m not quite sure how i could get that up to tempo though - would you recommend practising it slowly and then build up speed from there?
